These include dolphins, seals, kangaroos, deer and pelicans, as well as a variety of local and migratory sea birds in their natural habitat all on show
Currently Lonsdale Cruises offer as it's signature cruise a leisurely 3hr "Eco" cruise, from Lakes Entrance through to Metung , staying on-board but visiting many places of interest.
This includes "The Entrance" to see the beautiful 90mile beach & Bass Strait, and the guests keep a look out for seals & the resident dolphins, as well as the other numerous bird & wildlife.
As part of the cruise we serve the very popular scones, baked on-board as you cruise, along with tea/herbal tea/coffee, biscuits & nice cold water, provided in the ticket price.
The Lonsdale has proper toilet facilities on-board.
As well as the Eco Cruise, the Lonsdale does sunrise and sunset cruises in Summer and is also available for private functions - whether a corporate or a family occasion.
There is a great training period available to be safe and compliant, with all needs of running a Cruise business on the Lakes.
